Formerly known as the Angel CoFund, this Sheffield-based investor (with a London office) was set up in 2011 and rebranded in 2021\. It manages a programme of more than £100m across two vehicles, the Angel CoFund and the faster-moving Delta Fund.

It invests only alongside angel syndicates: the Angel CoFund needs at least three sector-focused angels with a lead committing £40,000 or more, while the Delta Fund requires a lead angel with deep sector experience putting in at least £70,000\. It is largely sector-agnostic and concentrates on early-stage UK companies.
