Alicorn Venture Partners is a London-based growth-stage investor that combines venture capital with private equity techniques, with a strong emphasis on secondary transactions. Its toolkit includes buying existing stakes, follow-on and bridge funding, cap table restructuring and early liquidity for shareholders.

The firm focuses on high-tech and deep-tech software and hardware companies in Europe and Israel. It was spun out of Arowana as an independent firm in 2023, with investing dating back to 2017, and is led by managing partner Alexander Assim.
