Founded in 2021 by Annelie Ajami, Anamcara Capital backs European engineers and product leaders building enterprise software and AI for global markets, with some exposure to healthcare and fintech. It invests at pre-seed and seed.

The firm is hands-on and introduces founders to large corporate customers, US operators and later-stage investors through its network. Its venture partners and advisers have backgrounds at companies such as Workday, Slack and Xero. Its debut fund was about €9.7m.
