AyBe Capital (formerly Swordfish Investments) is a London-based permanent capital vehicle set up in 2004 by Amit Bhatia. It takes a multi-asset approach, investing both directly in companies and through third-party funds.

Sectors covered include technology, media, real estate, sport, consumer retail and health. Its holdings run from seed and pre-seed start-ups through to established businesses, and its fund commitments range from seed to growth stage. The firm stresses long-term partnerships with founders and patient capital rather than fixed fund timelines. It is linked to The Bhatia Family Foundation, which it launched in 2010.
