Blue Owl Capital is a New York-based alternative asset manager formed in 2021 through the merger of Owl Rock and Dyal Capital, and listed on the NYSE. It manages more than $319B across three platforms: credit, real assets and GP strategic capital, providing private capital to businesses and alternative investments to institutional, insurance and individual investors. Although best known for private credit and infrastructure, it also makes selective growth equity investments in later-stage technology companies, typically as a participant in large rounds. UK deals in this directory include Allica Bank's $155M Series D in 2026 and AI infrastructure company Nscale's Series B in 2025.
