Brookstreet Equity Partners is a Mayfair-based investment firm with roots in a family office, established by shipping and principal-capital families alongside M&A, private equity and consulting veterans. It is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is a member of the BVCA (now UK Private Capital).

The firm deploys what it calls hybrid growth capital, diversified across stages, markets and instruments, into artificial intelligence businesses working in digital transformation, energy transition, longevity and dual-use defence technology. It supports its investment process with an in-house AI platform and works with founders and co-investors in the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
