Cambridge Future Tech is a deep tech venture builder that identifies promising academic and corporate research and turns it into new companies. Acting as founding partner from day zero, it scouts technology, assembles teams, builds businesses from scratch and raises capital across its portfolio, with a stated ambition of creating 40 deep tech companies in five years. Its ventures draw on scientific and engineering breakthroughs aimed at societal and environmental challenges. Alongside company building it runs a consulting arm that connects industry partners' technical challenges with emerging solutions, and it operates a fund strategy to back its portfolio.
