A London-based, FCA-regulated private investment firm owned by a family and originally set up as the investment arm of the Hollard insurance group. It invests long-term proprietary capital and also offers investment and family office services.

Its main theme is financial services and technology, with portfolio holdings including Freetrade and Anyfin, and it joins late-stage private equity and credit co-investments alongside large sponsors. It has also acted as an anchor investor in venture funds, such as Main Set's fintech and SaaS fund. It is better suited to later-stage companies than to pre-seed founders.
