Clearance Venture Partners is the venture arm of Clearance Capital, a London investment manager with more than 15 years of experience in listed real estate. It backs early-stage companies applying technology to the built environment, including proptech, construction technology and climate-related property solutions, across the UK and Europe.

The firm invests at pre-seed and seed, usually writing cheques of £250k to £1m, and is prepared to lead or co-lead rounds. It does not take SEIS or EIS allocations. Its portfolio includes NavLive, Kato, SunSave, SearchSmartly and HelloBill.
