EHE Ventures is a Manchester-based venture studio that combines investment, engineering and advisory support for early-stage AI companies. Founded in 2020 by entrepreneurs Guy Remond and Gary Fletcher, it merged with The Startup Factory, an equity-for-effort engineering studio, in 2022\. In 2024 it launched a £15m (S)EIS AI growth fund, which had invested in eight AI-enabled startups by late 2025 across areas such as medtech, fintech, insurtech, agritech and marketing technology. Founders can join its programme for capital, technical help and strategic support, and investors gain access to the portfolio with UK tax relief.
