EMV Capital, formerly NetScientific PLC, is a London-listed venture investment group backing early-stage companies built on strong intellectual property. Its three areas are life sciences, deep tech (industrial technology, robotics and AI) and sustainability, including renewable energy, resource efficiency and waste reduction.

It combines balance-sheet investment with syndicated co-investment from third parties, and typically takes board seats. Support covers fundraising, IP strategy and executive hiring. Portfolio companies include PDS Biotechnology, Q-Bot, Xampla and Wanda Health. The firm is based in Mayfair, London.
