European Equity Partners (EEP) is a privately owned investment firm focused on life sciences, with more than 25 years of investment experience in the sector. It backs early-stage and growth companies aiming to build best-in-class technologies, and occasionally invests in special situations.

EEP deliberately holds few companies so that it can work closely with founders and management, typically as lead investor. Its best-known holding is CMC Biologics, now AGC Biologics, which grew into an international contract development and manufacturing organisation during EEP's ownership. The advisory arm is based in the City of London and is FCA-regulated, with the fund manager in Guernsey.
