Evolvient Capital is a London investor that provides capital and hands-on support to leadership teams building start-up and scale-up businesses. It favours purpose-led companies and describes a high-support, high-challenge way of working with founders.

The firm is led by managing partners Ian Temple and John Hunter, who previously built and ran the Hydrogen Group and Argyll Scott recruitment businesses. Before forming Evolvient, the pair backed the teams behind Tempting Ventures, Project Partners and Strategio, and they now draw on that operating experience to support new entrepreneurs.
