Flashpoint is a London-headquartered investment group with offices in New York, Tel Aviv and Riga and around $600m under management across nine funds. It backs technology companies through three products: venture growth equity, growth debt and direct secondaries, plus a co-investment community for its backers.

Its focus has historically been Western technology companies founded by entrepreneurs from emerging Europe and Israel. The portfolio has included Guesty, Chili Piper and Office RnD, and past exits include stakes in Shazam and Chess.com.
