A London venture firm set up in 2015 by Mark Pearson, founder of MyVoucherCodes. It backs technology businesses from pre-seed through to Series A, covering software, marketplaces, platforms, fintech and e-commerce in both B2B and B2C.

Much of its capital comes from private investors via EIS and SEIS structures, and it reports a portfolio of more than 230 start-ups backed by over 1,850 investors. Past funds include a £45m vehicle aimed at pre-seed and early-stage companies.
