A London-based, FCA-regulated alternative investment fund manager with a corporate finance arm, established in 1989 and among the longest-running independent venture firms in the UK.

It describes itself as sector-agnostic, with activity in fintech, healthtech, consumer technology, digital transformation and cleantech, mainly in the UK and North America, and puts weight on ESG and impact. Innvotec has launched a Female Ventures Fund that invests only in UK businesses founded or co-founded by women, and a sizeable share of its existing portfolio is female-led.
