Jenson Ventures is the trading name of Jenson Funding Partners LLP, an FCA-authorised, B Corp-certified fund manager based in Leeds. It was set up in 2012 by Paul Jenkinson and Sarah Barber, the year SEIS was introduced, and was one of the first managers to specialise in SEIS funds.

Its SEIS fund backs UK seed-stage businesses, mostly B2B SaaS, e-commerce and marketplaces, with some deep tech and consumer products; individual investments are typically around £100k to £150k. A follow-on EIS fund supports existing portfolio companies into later rounds. It has made more than 160 SEIS investments.
