MVM Partners (formerly MVM Life Science Partners) is a specialist healthcare investor set up in 1997, with teams in London, Boston and the San Francisco Bay Area. It backs growth-stage companies in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, life science tools, pharma services and digital health, and can invest in both private and listed companies.

Typical commitments are $30m to $60m per company, with room for larger cheques. Its sixth fund closed at its $500m hard cap in 2022, and the firm manages more than $1bn in total.
