Nauta is a European early-stage venture capital firm that raised its first institutional fund in 2006 and is headquartered in Barcelona. It invests from pre-seed through Series A in B2B software with network effects, vertically focused enterprise technology and deep tech companies working at the edges of science and engineering.

First cheques typically range from €250k to €4m. The firm reports more than €600m in historical assets under management, over 100 portfolio companies and around €3bn in historical exit value, and its sixth fund held a €60m first close in 2026.
