A pan-European early-stage fund created in 2021 when the UK's Newzone combined with Portugal's LC Ventures. It is headquartered in Lisbon and keeps an office in London, with a small team split between the two countries.

It invests mainly at pre-seed and seed in Portuguese and UK companies that are tech-enabled, sustainable and aiming to define their category, with reported cheques of roughly $100,000 to $3m. The partners present themselves as former builders and operators who help founders with product development, operations and hiring.
