noa, launched in 2019 as A/O PropTech, is a London venture firm that invests in technology to decarbonise the built world. Its first evergreen vehicle closed at €250m, backed by real estate owners, operators and family offices across Europe, including Grosvenor.

Its thesis covers six areas: structures, energy, materials, environments, mobility and community, spanning supply chain, design, construction, building operations and the energy transition. It invests mainly at pre-seed and seed, with follow-on capital for later rounds. Portfolio companies have included Satellite Vu, Plentific and PassiveLogic.
