A Cambridge-based investor running EIS and SEIS-compliant funds that back UK biotech companies working on therapeutics, drug discovery platforms and other life-science technologies, including AI for drug discovery, oncology, neuroscience, genomics, anti-infectives and biologics.

Its fund targets £10m and builds portfolios of five to ten unquoted or AIM-listed companies, with exits expected over three to seven years; investors can commit from £25,000\. The team operates from the Mill SciTech Park in Hauxton, a 2.7-acre site where it also incubates life-science companies. It was founded by Sunil Shah and Prashant Shah.
