Outrun Ventures is a London-based early-stage investor run through Outrun Venture Partners LLP by Chris Adelsbach and Tariq Khan, who co-founded Marlin Financial Group before its sale in 2014\. Adelsbach is a prolific fintech angel and former Techstars managing director; Khan is a former financial services regulatory lawyer who advises and invests in fintech and regtech start-ups.

The firm backs start-ups at an early stage, drawing on the partners' backgrounds in consumer finance, regulation and accelerator programmes. Alongside capital, it offers founders introductions to a network of venture capital funds, angels, decision-makers and banks.
