Oxford Technology Management, which trades as Oxford Technology, has invested in start-up and early-stage technology companies in and around Oxford since 1983\. Its current funds use the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme and Enterprise Investment Scheme tax reliefs for private investors.

The firm runs two vehicles: a flagship combined SEIS and EIS fund that invests over three tax years, and an approved knowledge-intensive EIS fund. Through them it typically provides up to £150k of seed funding to SEIS-eligible companies and up to £300k of EIS follow-on funding. It also organises WOTAN, the Wider Oxford Technology Angel Network, which has more than 300 registered members, and holds monthly presentations of follow-on opportunities for investors.
