Paper Ventures is a London-based venture firm that invests at pre-seed and seed in emerging technology. It was founded in 2023 by Danish Chaudhry, Oliver Blakey and Ivailo Jordanov, whose backgrounds span traditional finance, crypto exchange building, professional poker and early-stage investing. Its first fund was deliberately capped at $25m so it can write small, early cheques. Much of its activity is in blockchain and Web3 infrastructure, gaming and AI-related tooling, but the team says it looks across sectors rather than sticking to one niche. Its founders have backed projects such as Polygon, Injective and Yield Guild Games.
