Pink Salt Ventures is a London micro VC founded in 2019 by Samira Ann Qassim and Saloni Bhojwani, both formerly of Founders Factory. It was set up to close the gender funding gap and invests only in companies with female founders.

The fund backs pre-seed to Series A companies in technology, wellness, femtech, women's health, childcare and consumer markets. It has said it aims to invest around £350,000 per company for a 5–15% stake. Portfolio companies include MPowder, Jude, Juno Bio and HANX.
