Pledge Ventures is a rules-based venture fund created as an economic engine for the charity Founders Pledge. It invests only in Series B or later rounds of $20m or more where a top-tier venture firm is participating and a founder is a Founders Pledge member, and aims to invest in every company that meets those criteria.

The fund donates 85% of its carried interest and up to half of its annual management fees to Founders Pledge. A voluntary investment committee chaired by Andreas Haug of Headline helps size its cheques. Pledge Ventures is based in London and is an appointed representative of Kin Capital Partners.
