ProVen VCTs are venture capital trusts managed by the venture firm Beringea, which has run them for more than two decades. The ProVen business manages over £300m for more than 10,000 retail investors, who receive income tax relief for backing smaller UK companies.

The trusts invest in entrepreneurial, early-stage and growth businesses across sectors, with an emphasis on companies that can scale, create jobs and deliver social or environmental benefits. Recent deals include leading MAGIC AI's £8m Series B to expand its AI fitness mirror in the US, and an investment in Kord, which combines identity, compliance and payments workflows. ProVen also runs an estate planning service.
