Rigby Group is a family-owned business based in the English Midlands, built around IT services company SCC alongside a real-estate division. Its specialist investment division, Rigby Technology Investments, backs high-growth technology businesses from startups through to private-equity-style deals. On the venture side it writes tickets of £0.5 million to £50 million for Series A and later companies across the UK, US, France, the UAE, Hong Kong and Singapore, and reports 29 current venture holdings. Its private-equity strategy makes UK platform investments of £5 million to £50 million with bolt-on acquisitions. Fund size is not disclosed.
