Rockley Group is an Oxford-based investor and adviser that backs developing technology businesses in large, timely markets. It aims to build companies that contribute to global sustainability and human well-being, with interests spanning energy, information technology, data management, healthcare, industrial efficiency and natural resource use.

The partners include Dr Andrew Rickman OBE, founder and former chief executive of the optical components company Bookham, alongside Robert Rickman and Zhongwei Xu. The team combines experience as entrepreneurs, company directors, advisers and fund managers, and works with local partners to source opportunities internationally.
