Rosetta Capital is a life sciences and medtech investor with offices near Oxford, in Haddenham, and in Fitzrovia, London. Its website gives 2001 as its founding year.

The firm specialises in direct secondary transactions, buying stakes in venture-backed healthcare companies from existing investors or corporations that want liquidity. It says it has made more than 50 venture investments this way over two decades, across North America and Europe, in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Several holdings have reached IPO or trade-sale exits, mostly on NASDAQ and European exchanges. As a secondaries buyer it typically enters at Series A and later rather than leading first rounds.
