Sapphire Capital Partners is an FCA-authorised investment manager and fund incubator registered in Belfast and set up in 2009\. Rather than running a single fund, it helps managers launch and operate UK venture vehicles, providing regulatory cover, fund administration and operational support for SEIS and EIS funds, GP/LP structures and appointed-representative arrangements.

The firm reports having launched more than 50 UK venture funds, which together have backed around 300 pre-seed and seed companies. It is a certified B Corp.
