Spire Ventures is the London-based investment vehicle of entrepreneur Faisal Butt, who also founded proptech VC Pi Labs. It concentrates on the property sector, backing specialist real estate operating companies, real estate investment managers and proptech start-ups, as well as real estate joint ventures and GP/LP platforms.

Its portfolio covers areas such as estate agency, mortgage advice, construction and interior services, investment management and property technology, and the firm reports having supported more than 100 businesses from early stage through to growth. It operates from Grosvenor Street in Mayfair.
