Station12 provides advice and venture capital to new companies in sport, entertainment and knowledge, and where it sees a gap in the market it may build a business itself. It is run by Station 12 Asset Management, a London firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The firm has managed a sports-focused SEIS fund for early-stage companies, and reported investments include InSport Education, Parade Media and Rekodi Music. It was also an investor partner in the 2019 Audience of the Future immersive technology investment accelerator.
