Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG) is the late-stage venture and growth equity arm of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, headquartered in Toronto with a London office covering EMEA. It invests directly in technology companies from Series B onwards, typically writing initial cheques of $50M to $250M, and also commits to venture funds. The platform started life in 2019 as Teachers' Innovation Platform and took its current name in 2022\. TVG is sector-agnostic and has around $15B in net investments. Its UK deals include leading Beamery's Series D in 2022, leading Lendable's 2022 growth round and joining the 2025 growth round for Kraken Technologies.
