TempoCap is a London-headquartered investor in European technology businesses, with a second office in Berlin. It provides liquidity through single-company investments and portfolio transactions, buying stakes in venture-backed companies, and publishes quarterly liquidity indices on the venture secondary market.

The firm states around €500m of assets under management, with 26 actively managed companies and seven investment professionals led by managing partner Olav Ostin. Past holdings include Depop, Currencycloud, Onfido, Dedrone and Talentsoft. TempoCap is a signatory to the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment.
