Timechain is a venture capital fund that invests exclusively in companies building on Bitcoin, which it regards as distinct from the wider crypto market. It aims to close the funding gap between Bitcoin infrastructure projects and those on other blockchains, providing capital, a network and operating experience to businesses looking to scale.

The fund is run by the London venture firm Concentric and was launched in 2022\. Portfolio companies have included Relai, Breez, AnchorWatch, LN Markets and BVNK. It also produces a newsletter and appears on Bitcoin-focused podcasts.
