Twin Path Ventures is a UK pre-seed and seed fund that backs AI-first startups from day one. It invests across three areas: frontier AI research and development, infrastructure tools such as data platforms and MLOps, and applied AI products with identified customers.

The fund writes cheques of £300k to £1m and aims to back 12 to 15 companies a year. It is run by partners John Spindler, Katie Lockwood and Nick Slater, and is an investor partner in an Innovate UK programme pairing grants with investment. In 2025 British Business Investments committed £10m alongside its existing investors.
