Two Magnolias is a UK venture capital firm that backs underrepresented founders tackling large problems in two areas it calls the transformational economy and health equity. It describes itself as one of the few venture firms founded entirely by women.

The firm was set up by Jessica Rasmussen and Marie Korde, both of whom previously worked in financial markets, and invests at an early stage in British businesses. Two Magnolias Investment Ltd operates as an appointed representative of The Fund Incubator Limited, which is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
