Vala Capital is a sustainability-focused venture capital firm run by entrepreneurs, investing in start-up and early-stage UK businesses. It raises money from private investors mainly through Enterprise Investment Scheme funds, including the Sustainable Growth EIS.

The firm makes its capital contingent on founders adopting sustainable practices, building sustainability into its due diligence, and provides hands-on support alongside investment.
