West Hill Capital is a London private equity and venture capital firm that sources and structures investments of £1m to £20m in fast-growing companies and offers them to private and institutional investors on a deal-by-deal basis, often with EIS tax relief. Its partners invest personally on the same terms as clients.

The firm says it has raised around £600m for financial services and technology businesses. Reported investments include Humio, Norlase, Unibio, Fleet Mortgages and Formalize. A sister business, West Hill Corporate Finance, advises on larger M&A and capital-markets transactions.
