Affiniti AI is a London company, incorporated in 2020 by two UCL PhD graduates, that builds an AI co-therapist for talking therapy. Between sessions, clients use it to practise coping strategies and complete activities aligned with their treatment plan. Therapists receive pre-session insights drawn from those interactions, helping them plan sessions and focus on where clients are struggling. The tool is designed to slot into existing practice workflows, with an emphasis on confidentiality and data security. It is sold to therapists and services through demos rather than directly to consumers.
