BarsGripsRings designs and sells the BGR, a portable calisthenics kit that combines bars, grips and rings so people can train strength exercises at home, outdoors or while travelling. The product is sold direct through the company's online store and shipped to the UK, Europe, North America and Australasia, alongside workout guidance. The business trades as BGR Training Ltd, a Glasgow-registered company incorporated in 2015.
