Canveo is a London-based contracting platform that uses AI to review and mark up contracts against company policy and suggest changes. Users can create contracts from their own or a counterparty's template, negotiate on the platform or in Microsoft Word with automatic version handling and redline reconciliation, collect approvals with an audit trail, and sign within the product. It integrates with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Word and iManage, and tracks renewals and obligations after signature. Canveo Limited was incorporated in October 2020 and has raised a small amount of early-stage funding, including from accelerator Startup Wise Guys.
