Cognitive Business develops AI and machine learning software for operators of energy infrastructure, including offshore and onshore wind, biomass, thermal, energy-from-waste and energy networks. Its products include HyperTwin, production and campaign forecasting, the WAVES weather-window tool, bathymetry analysis, advanced pattern recognition for condition monitoring, and case and oil management tools. Together they aim to predict failures, plan maintenance and reduce downtime by analysing large volumes of sensor and operational data. Customer work includes a bathymetric tidal application and a deployment of its pattern-recognition software by Tecnatom.
