Conveyo is a London conveyancing firm built around its own automation platform. It starts preparing the seller's legal pack as soon as a property is listed and carries out legal checks from day one, so issues are resolved earlier and transactions move faster. Buyers and sellers see a live timeline showing what has been completed, what is outstanding and who is responsible, and the firm manages both sides' solicitors to keep the chain moving. Founded in 2022 with support from Antler, it has taken part in HM Land Registry's Geovation accelerator and raised pre-seed funding.
