Critical Cloud runs the operating layer beneath software products: cloud infrastructure, observability and AI runtime. Client teams keep ownership of their product while the company handles reliability, security, cost control and compliance evidence, with 24/7 cover. It is a UK Datadog partner and builds most of its services on that platform. It also supports AWS and Azure environments that do not use Datadog.

Engagements usually begin with a single packaged service. These include a read-only Cloud HealthScan or Datadog HealthScan, FETCH support during a Datadog trial, LaunchPad for rollout, and ongoing Critical Support or managed observability. It also offers AI operations governance and incident response. Target sectors include fintech, insurance, healthcare, the public sector and SaaS.
