Its reports bring together figures on demographics, affluence, crime, schools, transport, amenities, air quality, noise and flood risk, alongside reviews written by local residents. The service is aimed at people deciding where to buy or rent. The company also sells to businesses, offering a location intelligence API and embeddable widgets that property portals and agents can add to their own listings.
