Ecomerate is a financial research agent for independent and retail investors that operates entirely through iMessage. Users connect their brokerage accounts via SnapTrade with read-only access, and the service then tracks holdings, cost basis, profit and loss, and exposure by holding and theme. It cannot place trades, and brokerage credentials remain with SnapTrade.

Investors can text questions about their portfolio, ask for research notes, or set up monitors and routines by message. The agent reads company filings and earnings and messages users when something relevant to their holdings changes. It supports major US and UK brokers, including Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab and Trading 212\. It is presented as research rather than financial advice and is currently accessed through a waitlist.
