Deacon is an AI support agent aimed at founders of software businesses. It answers customer questions using only the company's own documentation, replying in the customer's language and often linking to the source page. When the docs do not cover a question, it says so and collects the visitor's email rather than inventing an answer. No conversation flows or decision trees need to be built.

A dashboard records every conversation, ranks questions by topic and frequency, and pairs bug reports with page errors. Founders receive an email when a person is requested, can reply from the dashboard, and each written answer is added to Deacon's knowledge. A free plan is available, with paid plans billed yearly.
